We preserve and bottle the healthy juices from our raw cultured vegetables to offer you a concentrated source of healthy, friendly bacteria.
The juices are non-alcoholic and non-dairy. They are unpasteurized, undiluted, and can be consumed to facilitate digestion.
Drink full-strength in small quantities or mixed with fresh vegetable juice, apple juice or wheat grass juice.
For a delicious and healthy salad seasoning: mix half and half with the salad oil of your choice.
Although I didn't buy this through Amazon, but at my health food store, I've been using it (Caldwell Starter Culture) for several years and haven't had a bad batch. You can experiment with different ingredients and spices. I've successfully fermented carrots, black radish, daikon radish, cabbage and more.
